Information we collect

When you contact us through the website form or by email, we collect your name, email address, and the information you share about your project (ancestor name, documents, etc.). We collect only what you choose to send us.

We do not use tracking pixels, analytics software, or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry and to produce your film. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except the service providers that run our website and contact form on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and the Turnstile spam check) and Resend (delivers form messages to our inbox). We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Your family's documents

Documents, photographs, and historical materials you share with us are used solely to produce your film. We treat them as private family records. We will never share, publish, or use them for any purpose beyond your project without your written permission.

Data retention

We retain your contact information and project files for as long as your engagement is active plus one year, in case you return for additional projects. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
